JC CARABINER
Lighten up! Whether you climb
5.7 or 5.12, slog up glaciers or swing your way
up icefall routes - the JC will shed pounds off
your rack and make you feel stronger. This sophisticated
design has engineers from other companies guessing...
how'd they do it? Both ends of the JC (named in
honor of Omega's founder Jim Cairnsworth) have
weight saving grooves along their outer radii
and an improved 11 mm rope bearing radius. Compact
size 3.5" x 2" is is easy to handle
and sports a wide gate opening and appropriately
angled nose for easy and fast clips. Wire gate
resists "whiplash" and can't freeze.
