The PYRAMID is simple, versatile and easy to use. Ribbed cooling fins give good "no slip" grip for rope control and the critical moments when rigging and de-rigging your belay or rappel. Vary the friction - for different ropes, partners or steepness of the route by positioning the small end (less friction) or large (more friction) end against your locking biner.
